Sydney Nemetz is a first-year PhD student, and her research interests broadly encompass exploring transnational power dynamics, including revolutions, transformations of colonialism and imperialism, the development of capitalism, and the production of knowledge relating to these transformations. Previously, Sydney earned her BA in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University.
