Nicole Aggarwal grew up in Ventura, California. In 2020, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. As an undergraduate research assistant, her research focused on the manifestations of racism online and the spread of white nationalism. Nicole is a first-year PhD student and teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology. Her research interests include race and ethnicity, sex and gender, social media, and qualitative methods.
